In this case study, while employed with a corporate company, I managed the logistics and facilitation of a 3-day Program Management Review (PMR) with a Government Customer and joint venture contractors in February 2024. This event involved multiple stakeholders, required high-level organization, and included the management of classified areas, demanding careful attention to security protocols.
The primary objective was to seamlessly organize the event while ensuring effective communication between all parties, strict adherence to security protocols, and the timely execution of all event logistics.
