Cheryl A. Black ( mother) is the motivation behind Vans Tru Fitness LLC (VTF). Ms. Black suffered a heart attack and stroke simultaneously; however, due to morbid obesity and other weight-related illnesses, and succumbed to her medical traumas. Although she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on forever. Ms. Black was dedicated to helping people see their true worth; that is the vision VTF wants to carry on. VTF is designed and dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself mentally and physically. Regardless of the issue, VTF would love to be a part of your support system.
Van Black is a Certified Life Coach and Relationship Coach. His purpose as a Coach is to help you navigate the tough challenges that life will place in your path, be it work stress or relationship/marital issues. He believes everyone deserves to live a life with minimal stress or the ability to navigate stress as it comes, and trust me; it will come.
Van is unique because he’s been trauma tested. He’s experienced being down those dark lonely roads of impostor syndrome, marital drama, career issues, and overall life stress. He has found that there are solutions if we are willing to put in the work. Everyone has unique situations, and he is there to help you navigate them. He genuinely meets you where you are and is focused on helping you get better together. Let’s get to work!
